Deliveries will be made using a third party and can take up to 72 hours from dispatch. Orders received by 1pm will be dispatched the same day.

Invivo Clinical offer a 14 day free returns policy for unused products. After 14 days, a 15% restocking fee will apply.
Returns are only accepted if the goods are damaged on delivery, allergic reactions or a mistake on our part.
Damaged Goods - Any damaged goods received should be reported to Invivo Clinical within 48 hours of delivery. A Product Return form will need to be completed and the product returned to Head Office. The product will then be inspected and a credit or exchange will be offered.
Allergic Reaction - Should yourself or a client have an allergic reaction to one of our products, please contact Head Office within 24 hours of reaction. If a genuine reaction has occurred, you will need to complete a Product Return form before the product is returned to Head Office. Invivo Clinical Ltd reserve the right to ask for photographic evidence where required.
Mistake on Our Part - If we have made an error with your order, please get in touch with us before sending your package back to Head Office. We will include the delivery costs in our reimbursement to you.
