Patients will need to contact their clinician directly for any questions relating to their results. We are unable to supply expected delivery dates to patients, or to advise on treatment.

If you are a patient of a registered practitioner and would like to order, please contact us directly and we will set up your account.

We are committed to making the whole process, from buying to receiving the results, quick, easy, and seamless.

All of our test packs come with everything needed to collect the sample simply and safely. We have included the shipping charges to the laboratory (once the sample has been collected) in the test price for UK and European customers. Delivery of completed test kits back to Invivo Clinical (for all sample types except blood draw) is payable by the client.

If not a UK or European customer, test kits will come with FedEx return envelopes and instructions for direct shipping to the laboratory. Shipping of completed test kits direct to the laboratory is payable by the client.

Delivery

Orders received by 13:00 will be dispatched the same day.

All prices quoted include VAT.

Shipping Test Kits

UK free; Europe £8.95.

For the rest of the world we will send the test kits out with FedEx with the following charges: 

USA & Middle East: £25.00.

South Africa, Australia and New Zealand: £35.00.

For all other countries, please get in touch with our Customer Service team.

Shipping Nutraceuticals (UK)

Orders > £100: free with Parcelforce 48 hour. 

Orders < £100: 1st Class £3.50; 2nd Class £2.50.

Shipping Nutraceuticals (Europe & Rest of World)

Orders will be on an individual basis, dependent on weight and location. Please get in touch with our Customer Service team.

Returns

Returns are only accepted if the goods are damaged on delivery, allergic reactions or a mistake on our part. Please get in touch with our Customer Service team immediately. 

A 15% restocking fee will be applied after 14 days.
